BunnyburyBaby.com was launched in the fall of 2004 with just one product; a mother's journal that we published to celebrate the birth of our first (and only) child, a daughter named Sydney Hope. The journal, Baby's First Year, can be still be found on the site. It's into it's 2nd printing. The sales of Baby's First Year were so encouraging that we decided to add additional titles and the business just grew from there. Today, the site features over 1,300 other products and growing.

The "Bunnybury" Name "Bunnybury" came from the imagination of L. Frank Baum, the author of "The Wizard of Oz." Built by Glinda the Good Witch to protect the forest rabbits, this mythical little town can be found in the "Emerald City of Oz," the first book in the series. My wife and I used to read from "The Emerald City Of Oz" to our little girl when she was just an infant. Sydney was the first Bunnybury baby. We just had to stick with the name.

Speed Racer was created by Tatsunoko Productions in 1966 as a Japanese "Manga" entitled Mach Go Go Go.
